Meet: Selena Vidya
President & Organic Search Strategist
I’m going to go ahead and write in the first person here to say OMG I hate about pages! And I also hate that we’re following this up in third person, but 🤷🏻♀️ okay, carry on — Selena’s been working in the digital marketing space in different capacities for 10+ years. Her obsession started when she co-founded and launched an e-commerce store in 2003/2004, building the website presence, creating advertising, and generating leads from scratch through the website, offline events, and WOM marketing. After taking on her own projects, he decided to move into the professional environment and work for a boutique search and social marketing agency, which then merged into a multi-tiered agency startup. She held leadership positions in both.
She’s worked on countless campaigns since that time, including ones for mobile apps, website launches, movie promotions, a book launch for an extremely well known chef and TV personality, and more. She’s walked in and sat down with executive teams and technical teams alike, to work together on the right roadmaps that meets the most important goals for an organization. She’s also trained internal teams on different areas of marketing, and is an avid speaker.
Selena is a creative problem solver who uses her experience in SEO as a strong base when creating integrated marketing campaigns in the online space. Her core focus is helping clients understand the missing puzzle pieces that’ll fuel their marketing campaigns, and advising on internal team structures. Outside of that, her affinity for the film and new media industries help her zero in on and build effective content campaigns using a number of different platforms.

Meet: Shane Waite
Creative Producer & Technologist
Shane’s been working as a designer and producer for 9+ years, and understands the intricacies that go into branding, while still adopting that branding to future channels. He’s an experienced producer, digital project manager and designer with a passion for all things creative. Specializing in project delivery and team management, Shane has launched, managed and maintained marketing campaigns and promotions for clients in the Entertainment, Sports Marketing and Hospitality industries. With a strong passion for mobile technologies and years of experience working with a team of Facebook Preferred Marketing Developers, he has experienced and followed the evolution of these interconnected technologies.
Shane’s core focus is understanding a client’s creative needs, and wrangling everything from banners, to landing page design, to social media assets, and more.

What’s up with the name “Orthris” anyway?
After much brainstorming over what would best represent us, we decided to run with Orthris. We took creative liberty on the spelling.
“Orthrus” was a 2 headed beast in Greek mythology, with a snake’s head for a tail to protect itself from competitors sneaking up behind it, and the ability to destroy anything in its path. It was muscular, yet lean and agile at the same time. We felt it represented our approach to the strategic process.
